Dolos CLI
dolos is a command line tool that serves to improve the security of containerized applications.
- It prevents your secrets from leaking (using dolos server and dolos traefik plugin)
- It can also analyze your Dockerfiles and inform you about your image's vulnerabilities.
Commands
Find Command
❯ dolos find --help
Finds system wide secrets in .env files and saves it to a credentials file.
Includes an optional arg for maxDepth for searching files [DEFAULT=1]
Usage:
dolos find [flags]
Examples:
dolos find 2
Flags:
-h, --help help for find
Global Flags:
--config string config file (default is $HOME/.dolos.yaml)
Analyze Command
❯ dolos analyze --help
Analyzes your Dockerfile and checks how vulnerable your images are.
Note: Requires Trivy to be installed.
Usage:
dolos analyze [flags]
Examples:
dolos analyze ./Dockerfile
Flags:
-h, --help help for analyze
-v, --verbose to get more details about the severities
Global Flags:
--config string config file (default is $HOME/.dolos.yaml)
Installation
If you have Go installed on your System:
go get github.com/TeamBlekMejik/dolos
Otherwise, check releases.
