Signer is a command-line utility for sign an raw transaction

Generate a raw tx (e.g.: via /data/ route in REST API) with compact format and obtain its hash for signature

Use signer tool, input the hash and your privatekey (in the exporting format from wallet)

Obtain the compact format for signature, dispatch the tx with it
