Mashery V3 API Golang Client

This is a shared Golang library between two other related components:

• HashiCorp Vault Mashery V2/V3 Secret engine, and
• HashiCorp Terraform Mashery provider

This project also supplies command-line utilities for initializing and maintaining Mashery V3 access tokens for long-running builds.
